Returns & Refunds

At Ankara Holland we take great pride in the quality of our garments. Because of this, we handle every return request personally and with care.

What We Accept Returns For

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong size or style)
  • Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect (tear, stain, or production fault)

Please note that slight variations in fabric pattern placement are inherent to handmade garments and are not considered defects.

What We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
  • Items damaged due to improper care (please refer to the care instructions on your garment label)
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers — these must be returned to the original retailer

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@ankara-holland.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps
  4. If approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days of our confirmation

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ankara Holland is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If your return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss alternatives such as store credit or an exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at info@ankara-holland.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to you.

Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
